What to do if Munters Dehumidifier unit will not run?
    • P
      Peter GrantAug 13, 2025
If the Munters Dehumidifier unit won't run, and the microprocessor alarm button is illuminated red, consult Appendix E for alarm descriptions. If there's no alarm light, verify the unit's power supply for correct voltage on all three phases and proper phasing, as the phase protection relay prevents operation with incorrect phasing.

What to do if Munters DRYCOOL HCUB60304-HMXC Dehumidifier compressor trips on HIGH DISCHARGE alarm?
    • L
      lgomezAug 17, 2025
If the Munters Dehumidifier compressor trips on a HIGH DISCHARGE alarm, check the Condenser and Reactivation Fan VFDs for any trips. Also, inspect the condenser coil for any blockages. Note that excessive ambient temperature (above 110°F) may also cause this issue.

Why does Munters DRYCOOL HCUB60304-HMXC Dehumidifier compressor trip on low suction pressure?
    • L
      Lisa LevineAug 21, 2025
If the Munters Dehumidifier compressor trips on Low Suction Pressure or cycles on Low Suction Pressure, it might be due to a low refrigerant level in the refrigeration circuit. Alternatively, the ambient temperature might be too low for continuous compressor operation.

    Jacob HernandezAug 25, 2025
Why does Munters Dehumidifier VFD trip?
    • J
      jfriedmanAug 25, 2025
If the Munters Dehumidifier VFD trips, a voltage spike may have occurred, or the VFD parameter settings may be incorrect. Refer to Appendix A for parameter settings, fault codes, and possible solutions for each fault.

What causes Munters DRYCOOL HCUB60304-HMXC microprocessor to not receive analog sensor inputs?
    • H
      Haley LewisSep 4, 2025
If the microprocessor in your Munters Dehumidifier is not receiving any analog sensor inputs, there may be a wiring problem causing a short-circuit on the 24Vdc line.

What causes incorrect pressure drop on Munters DRYCOOL HCUB60304-HMXC Dehumidifier process side?
    • B
      Brian RiveraSep 8, 2025
If the pressure drop is incorrect on the process side of the Munters Dehumidifier, the supply fan speed may need adjustment. See Section 4.8 and 4.9 for instructions. Additionally, the filter may be dirty, or the wheel might be clogged. Refer to Sections 5.5 and 5.11 for cleaning instructions.
