Push the piston into the unloader cylinder
b)
Make sure the cap seal is in the correct position. Push the unloader push rod to the end (no
load position), pull out the unloader piston, and assemble the unloader cylinder and balance
piston cover to the suction cover.

c) Push the unloader piston inward by hand, push it into the unloader push rod, and lightly screw
in the lock nut.
Pull out the unloader piston toward you and remove the lock nut.
d)
Install the lock washer and fix the lock nut completely. Then bend the claw of the lock washer.
