Poor dew point performance in your NANO Dehumidifier can stem from several causes. First, ensure the inlet pressure is at least 58 psig (4 barg); adjust if needed. An electrical fault could also be the culprit, so verify the power is on and the front panel is illuminated, and that the dryer is cycling correctly. Moist or contaminated desiccant can also cause this issue; eliminate the contamination source and replace the desiccant. Other potential causes include too high air consumption (ensure dryer performance matches system needs), excessive inlet air temperature (check against specifications), or insufficient purge air (consult service personnel for adjustment). A blocked exhaust silencer can also contribute; consult service personnel to resolve this.
