What to do if NANO D-Series fails to cycle?
    • L
      Lori GarciaAug 3, 2025
If your NANO Dehumidifier isn't cycling, here's what to check: * First, make sure the controller is getting power and that the on-screen status shows it's powering the solenoid valves during normal operation. * Next, ensure the inlet pressure is at least 4 barg; adjust if necessary. * Also, check if the unit fails to depressurize when cycling, the solenoid valve might not be working. If the coil has power but isn't clicking, consider replacing the valve. * Finally, verify the inlet air supply if the outlet flow stops.

Why NANO D-Series Dehumidifier has poor dew point performance?
    • A
      Alexis GreenAug 8, 2025
Poor dew point performance in your NANO Dehumidifier can stem from several causes: * Insufficient inlet pressure: Ensure it's at least 4 bar and adjust if needed. * Electrical fault: Check that the power is on, the front panel is lit, and the dryer is cycling correctly. * Moist or contaminated desiccant: Find and eliminate the source of contamination, and replace the cartridges (do not reuse). * High air consumption: Make sure the dryer's performance matches the system's air consumption needs. * Excessive inlet air temperature: Verify it against the technical specifications. * Insufficient purge air: Have service personnel adjust the settings, as they are factory pre-set. * Blocked exhaust silencer: Consult service personnel.

What to do if NANO Dehumidifier constantly depressurizes?
    • M
      Melanie WrightAug 13, 2025
If your NANO Dehumidifier is constantly depressurizing, try the following: * First, switch off and restart the dryer. Make sure it's pressurized before powering it on, allowing it to initialize before starting operation. * If there's erratic airflow from the exhaust, it could indicate a faulty or damaged valve, requiring service.

What to do if my NANO D-Series Dehumidifier is not cycling?
    • S
      sandrathomasAug 17, 2025
If your NANO Dehumidifier isn't cycling, first ensure the controller is powered and check the on-screen column status to confirm it's powering the solenoid valves during normal operation. Also, check the power to the unit and the fuse (T2A 250V) located at Fig 8.A. Insufficient inlet pressure could also be the culprit; ensure it's at least 4 barg and adjust the inlet pressure settings if needed. A failure to de-pressurize during cycling could indicate a solenoid valve malfunction. If the coil has power, replace the valve. A working valve should produce an audible click when energized. Finally, check the inlet air supply if the outlet flow stops.

Why does my NANO Dehumidifier have poor dew point performance?
    • G
      Gina FoxAug 22, 2025
If your NANO Dehumidifier shows poor dew point performance, start by checking the inlet pressure; it should be a minimum of 4 barg. Adjust the inlet pressure settings if necessary. Ensure the power is on, the dryer front panel is illuminated, and the dryer is cycling correctly. If the desiccant is moist or contaminated, identify and eliminate the source of contamination and replace the cartridges, avoiding reuse. Confirm that the dryer's performance matches the required system air consumption. Verify the inlet air temperature against the technical specifications. Insufficient purge air can also cause this issue; consult service personnel to adjust the settings, as they are factory pre-set. Lastly, a blocked exhaust silencer may be the cause, requiring assistance from service personnel.

    • E
      Elizabeth BurchAug 28, 2025
If your NANO Dehumidifier is constantly depressurizing, try switching it off and restarting it. Make sure the dryer is pressurized before powering it on to allow it to initialize before starting operation. Erratic airflow from the exhaust may indicate a faulty or damaged valve, requiring service.
