on and off . To activate

personnel.

Service
Code
is active
(and
a
Service
Code

been
programmed).
Dis-
arming with
any regular Arm/Disarm

4). Sor.rnds
a
momentary
tone
at the
keypad when
the
programmed
zone is opened while
disarmed. To
activate
the
Chime ltode,
raise
the keypad
cover and
press
the FUNCTI0N Button
(IBYPASS
ZONEI)
followed
by
Key
[4].

will
appear
in
the display
as long
as
the
Chime ]lode
is

Repeat to deactivate
Function 4 and

the zones

trouble. As each
zone is
corrected,
the sounder
will stop momentarily
signalling
its
repair, and
the
display wiII indicate

remaining zones
in trouble.
The
sounder and
dis-
play
will continue
in this manner r:ntil
all
zones
are
repaired, or
r:ntil
the
[RESET]
Button is
pressed.

seconds after arming, a transmission
problem

This
wiII
cause
all the
indicators
to light,
the
sounder to come on, and the display
to
go
black
as long as
the button
is depressed. If
the system is designed
to communicate
to a central
sta-
tion, the telephone line wiII be tested f.or

seconds after
the button is
released. If the line tests okay, the test
will
terminate. 0therwise, the
