Try replacing it with a premium heavy-duty battery. Another cause could be loose electrode or switch terminal wires. Ensure the electrode wire is firmly pushed onto the terminal on the back of the igniter and that the lead wires from the module to the ignition switch (if equipped) are firmly attached to their terminals. Also, lifting flames on the burner may be the reason. In this case close air shutter according to 'Maintenance Instructions'- Combustion Air Adjustment section in this Owner’s Manual. IMPORTANT! This must be done by a qualified gas installer.
