  If the burner output on the 'high' setting of your Napoleon Grill seems too low, and you notice a rumbling noise and fluttering blue flame at the burner surface, it could be due to: * Lack of gas: Check the gas level in the propane cylinder. * Pinched supply hose: Reposition the supply hose as necessary. * Dirty or clogged orifice: Clean the burner orifice. * Obstruction in venturi tube: Clean out the venturi tube. * Propane regulator in 'low flow' state: Ensure the lighting procedure is followed carefully. All gas grill valves must be in the off position when the tank valve is turned on. Turn the tank on slowly to allow pressure to equalize.

  If the oven and control panel lights on your Napoleon Grill are not working, check the following: * Ensure the unit is connected to power via a working GFI protected outlet, and the transformer cord is plugged into the power box. * Replace the fuse located on the outlet line of the transformer. * Check the transformer output (should be 12VAC) and replace if required. * Clean connections and ensure connectors are pushed together firmly. * For oven lights only, replace the bulbs.
