Differential Accessories
The NI SMA-2164 test fixture is a breakout box for National Instruments differential digital
waveform generator/analyzer modules (NI 656x). This fixture provides an easy way to connect
to other devices for testing and debugging. For more information about using the NI SMA-2164,
refer to the NI SMA-2164 User Guide.
Figure 10 shows how to connect a differential NI digital waveform generator/analyzer to the
NI SMA-2164, using the NI SHB12X-B12X cable.
