If the light intensity on your Natus Medical Equipment isn't changing between High and Low, the switch might be broken. Open the device and use a DVM to verify the intensity switch continuity. Also, check for damaged cabling by performing a continuity check on the intensity/target cable. A damaged LED light current assembly could also be the cause.
