Connection to the APPCON 3000
The wiring on the dynamo side should now be completed. Before
you use the supplied cable ties to x the dynamo cable, consider
exactly where and how you want to arrange the plug connection
to the APPCON 3000. If necessary, you may need to purchase
additional cable ties.
Insert the round plug of the cable into the counterpart of the APP-
CON 3000. Please pay attention to the position arrows which can be
seen when pushing the cables together. Since this is a waterproof
plug, the actual plug connection will require a noticeable amount of
force. Therefore it is all the more important that the arrows point to
each other to prevent damage to the pins of the connector.
Warning: If the two arrows are not on top of each other when
pushing the plug together, they will destroy the plug, resulting in
the immediate failure of the charging connection. Furthermore, the
APPCON 3000 will no longer be ready for use and you will have to
send it in for a costly repair. Therefore, pay particular attention to
the correct positioning of the plugs when plugging them together,
so that the arrows point to each other. Thank you!
Tip: If plug connections are very stiff, you can grease the round
plug a little from the outside (e.g. ball bearing grease).
Light can be switched off
Note: To use the APPCON 3000, a driving light with on/off switch or
an automatic sensor is required for proper function. When the light
