Troubleshoot ing

Proble m Solu tion
Not hing is displayed on
all the LED m odules.
Check t hat power is being supplied t o the LED m odules.
Check t hat the LED controller is turned on.
Check t hat a video signal is being input t o t he LED cont roller.
Check t hat a LAN cable is correctly connect ed between t he LED
cont roller and the LED m odule.
Check t hat the bright ness is not set t o 0% ( = not lit ).
Not hing is displayed on
one LED m odule.
Check t hat a LAN cable is correctly connect ed between t he LED
cont roller and the LED m odule.
The receiving card inside t he LED m odule m ay be broken.
→ Check the status of the LED m odule by following the procedure
in t he next sect ion “ 2 State m onit oring using t he soft ware”.
The power unit inside t he LED m odule m ay be broken.
→ Check the status of the LED m odule by following the procedure
in t he next sect ion “ 2 State m onit oring using t he soft ware”.
No im age is displayed on
one pixel card.
Check t hat the contact s of the pixel card are correct ( contact s of
the hub board) .
The pixel card m ay be broken. Replace it wit h a spare pixel card.
Cont rol ( com m unication)
is not possible.
Check t hat the com m unicat ion cable is correct ly connected bet ween
the com put er and t he LED cont roller.
Check t hat the LED controller is turned on.
I f the com m unicat ion cable is a USB cable, check t hat t he device
driver runs correctly.
