ACCOUNT CODE
To Enter
1.
Lift the handset or press the Speaker key, receive
a dial tone.
2.
Enter the feature access code, receive a service
set tone.
3.
Enter the “Account Code” (up to 10 digits).
4.
Receive a dial tone and dial the desired number.
For North America, Account Codes can be up to 24 digits.
To Enter Account Code after Authorization
Code
1.
Lift the handset or press the Speaker key, receive
a dial tone.
2.
Enter the feature access code for “Authorization
Code”, receive a service set tone.
3.
Enter the “Authorization Code”, receive a second
service set tone.
4.
Enter the “Account Code”, receive a dial tone,
and dial the desired number.
Authorization and Account Codes may be up to 20 digits
combined (or 34 digits combined).
FORCED ACCOUNT CODE
1.
Lift the handset or press the Speaker key, receive
a dial tone.
2.
Enter the feature access code, receive a service
set tone.
3.
Enter the “Forced Account Code” (up to 10 digits),
receive a dial tone.
For North America, Account Codes can be up to 24 digits.
The total number of digits which can be entered for
Authorization and Account Codes is 34 digits.
AUTHORIZATION CODE
To Enter without Account Code
1.
Lift the handset or press the Speaker key, receive
a dial tone.
2.
Enter the feature access code, receive a service
set tone.
3.
Enter the “Authorization Code” (up to 10 digits).
4.
Receive a dial tone, dial the desired number.
- OR -
1.
Lift the handset, receive a dial tone.
2.
Dial the desired number.
3.
If an “Authorization Code” is required, caller
hears special dial tone.
4.
Enter the “Authorization Code”, or call will be
denied.
This option is available only if system is programmed with
Least Cost Routing.
To Enter with Account Code (see above)
A service set tone is optional depending upon system
programming.
