7 Cut the replacement battery wires one at a time, as close to the con-
nector as possible. See Figure 24.

8 Use Scotchlok to splice the wires from the new battery casing to the
wires that were connected to the old battery casing. See Figure 25.

9 Attach new battery pack to hinges and swing down into position.
Be careful not to pinch any wires during this procedure.

10 Push in new register seal pin until it snaps.
