Interpreting System Tray Icon Colors
The System Tray (SysTray) resides on one end of the taskbar in the Microsoft Windows desktop.
Color Condition Description
Red The WPN111 has no
connection to any wireless
node.

the link is lost. Check your configuration or try moving to a
loca tion wh ere th e wirele ss sign a l qu a lity is b etter.
Yellow The WPN111 has a
connection with another
wireless node.
T h e wire le ss lin k is wea k. Y ou m a y d ee d to m ove to a b ette r
spot, such as closer to the wireless access point. Also, look
for possible interference such as a 2.4 G H z cordless phone or
large metal surface.
Green The WP N 111 has a
connection with another
wireless node.
The W P N 111 has established good communication with an
access point and the signal quality is strong.
