General Information
Read Instructions through carefully before beginning assembly.
When assembling components, place on a non-abrasive surface
(i.e. shipping box) to avoid scratching.
We recommend an area approx 10 ft. x 8 ft. (3 m x 2.4 m ) for unobstructed assembling.
You should not need to use excessive force when assembling components.
Please read through before starting assembly.
IMPORTANT: CHECK THE INSIDE OF YOUR POSTS FOR ALL MATERIALS.

Summary

Assemble the Arch System

Slide Post Caps into Position

Position post caps and push firmly until arches bottom out inside the post caps.

Join Arches Together

Connect arches together as illustrated and fasten with screws.

Fasten Arches to Post Caps

Secure arches to post caps using 5/8 in. screws into pre-drilled holes.

Insert Arch Rafters

Place arch rafters into holes until they bottom out and lock into place.

Assemble the Side Panels

Insert Middle Straight Vertical Spindle

Lay out bottom rail and insert the middle straight vertical spindle.

Insert Outer Vertical Spindles

Insert the two longer vertical spindles that will be bent into place.

Attach Middle Horizontal Rail

Slide middle horizontal rail over vertical spindles.

Attach Top Horizontal Rail

Position top horizontal rail and insert the middle vertical spindle.

Tension Bend Outer Spindles

Tension bend outer vertical spindles; panel needs holding until inserted.

Attach Side Panel to Posts

Align horizontal rails with holes on left and right posts and fasten.

Connect Arch System to Side Panels

Position Side Panels

Set out side panels with a 42 in. opening between inside of posts.

Place Arch Over Side Panels

Place assembled arch over side panels and push down until post tops bottom out.

Fasten Arch System to Posts

Install two 5/8 in. screws into pre-drilled holes on the bottom of each post cap.

Arbor Installation

Ground Mounting Extension Installation

Slide ground mounting extensions into post bottoms and secure with screws.

Temporary Installation into Earth

Move arbor to location, mark posts, excavate 10" deep holes, level and backfill.

Installation into Earth with Concrete Footing

Excavate 18" deep, 6" diameter holes, fill with cement, position arbor, level and support.
