3.3 Battery Removal
- Place the 1917-R face down on a flat surface.
- Lift the kickstand.
- Open and remove the battery door.
- Hold down the 1917-R and slowly but firmly pull on the nylon strap to remove the batteries.
Do not use a pointed tool to remove the batteries as it may puncture them.
