The replacement fuse should be a 2A 20mm type. If the fuse is blown, inspect the power cable for any damage that may have caused the fuse to blow.

This is normal. The battery design allows the 'Auto Power Off' feature to function in the event of power loss within the vehicle. It is not intended as an alternative power source to replace the supplied car adapter.
