Record a name for the list and press #.

Select group members by mailbox number, Group List, or name.

Press # to save all entries added to the list.

Press ** to return to the main menu.

From the main Voice Mail menu, press 4 to access Personal Options.

Press 2 to access Group Lists.

Press 4 to modify a Group List.

Enter the number of the Group List you want to modify.

Press 1 to add a new recipient.

Press # to save your changes.

Press ** to return to the main menu.

Press 2 to access Group Lists.

Press 3 to delete a Group List.

Enter the number of the Group List you want to delete. The system will
play the name of the Group List.

Press # to delete the list.
