It is often easier to start the circulation pump with S1155
running. If the circulation pump is helped to start with
S1155 running, be prepared for the screwdriver to jerk
when the pump starts.

REMOVE THE MOTOR ON THE SHUTTLE
VALVE
The motor on the shuttle valve can be removed to facil-
itate servicing.

Disconnect the cable from the motor and remove the
motor from the shuttle valve as illustrated.

Disconnect the control knob and remove the motor
from the reversing valve as illustrated.
Mounting
When the recess in sleeve (A) is in position , the re-
versing valve is open to the heating system, the con-
trol knob is then in the 2 o'clock position.
When the recess in sleeve (A) is in position , the re-
versing valve is open to hot water production, the
control knob is then in the 10 o'clock position.
