FAQs
Do I need to enable location permissions to use Bluetooth?
• Yes, Android devices require location permissions to activate Bluetooth. This is a
system requirement and must be enabled for the NIIMBOT app to pair with your
printer.
What is the default PIN code for pairing?
• The default PIN code for pairing is usually "0000." In some cases, it may be "1234" or
a sequence of 16 zeros ("0000000000000000"), depending on the printer model and
operating system.
What should I do if my printer cannot be found?
If your phone cannot locate the printer:
• Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
• Restart the printer, your phone, or the app, and try searching again.
• Turn Bluetooth off and on again on your phone, then attempt to reconnect.
What should I do if the Bluetooth connection fails?
If the connection fails or drops:
• Restart the app or printer, then try reconnecting.
• Turn off Bluetooth on your phone, wait a few seconds, and turn it back on before
attempting to connect again.
Why is the printing unclear or faint?
If print quality is poor:
• Press the power button once and print one page to test the printer.
• Double-press the power button to print a test page. If the issue continues, send a
photo of the test page to customer support for assistance.
Why is the printer making a clicking noise but not printing?
If the printer clicks but does not print:
• Ensure the label paper is installed correctly and extends slightly out of the printer.
• Check if the label roll or thermal ribbon is used up and replace them if necessary.
What should I do if the print offset is misaligned?
To fix misaligned printing:
• Verify that the label size matches the template settings in the app.
• Use the app’s editing function to adjust the print offset as needed.
