Image Sensor Cleaning
Image Sensor Cleaning
The image sensor that acts as the cameras picture element is fi tted with a low-pass fi lter to prevent
moiré. If you suspect that dirt or dust on the fi lter is appearing in photographs, clean the fi lter using
the Clean image sensor option in the setup menu. If this fails to resolve the problem, the dust can
be removed manually with a blower.
