2. Microscopic Procedure
Raise the condenser as
high as it will go.
Fully open the field
diaphragm and condenser
| aperture diaphragm.
Move the specimen until
the
portion to be viewed is
in the optical path. (p. 20)
Loosen the coarse focus
stopper ring.
Rotate it in the direction
opposite the arrow on the
base as far as it will go.
