Chemical injector
•Loosen the hose tail using a 10mm wrench
and remove the complete chemical injector.
•After repair tighten the hose tail according
to torque specification.

•The chemical injector consists of:
Hose tail with seat.
O-ring inside the hose tail.
Ball.
Spring.
Replace if required.
Injector nozzle and non return valve
•The injector nozzle is build into the outlet
connector.
•The non return valve is mounted behind
the outlet connector.
•If the non return valve leaks, the machine
looses the holding pressure.
•Replace if necessary.
