Wobble Disc Housing

•With the wobble housing dismounted .
•Withdraw the piston from inside the
housing.
•Inspect the surfaces on the housing/piston
for wear.
•Inspect the spring for fractures.
Removal of wobble disc housing:
•With pump head removed, loosen the four
hexagon screws with a 6mm allen key and
let the oil drain out.
•Note position of housing, if needed use a
punch mark on housing and motor.
Assembly of Wobble disc housing:
•Replace two of the screws M8x25 with
M8x40 to support the relief of the springs.
•Prior to assembly, check the o-ring and
grease lightly.
•Check torque settings and tighten
synchronously.
Pistons and oil seals
•The oil seal can be taken out by means of
a flad head screw driver or an internal
extractor (Bahco 4521N-F).
•Beware not to damage the metal surfaces.
•Clean the relief bore with compressed air.
