Why can’t I remove the blades from my Ninja Smart Screen DUO Blender cup?
If you can’t remove the Pro Extractor Blades® Assembly from the cup or the lid from the pitcher of your Ninja Blender, it's likely because the container is vacuum sealed shut after using the FreshVac pump. To release it, gently pull up on the FreshVac Tab to break the vacuum seal.
