16. FORWARDING OF REPAIRS TO SERVICE LEVEL 3 OR 4 SUPPLIERS
We recommend using the offered swap phone cartons as described in Spare Parts SB004.
Always Protect the window with a protection film.
Put the unit under the stretch film.
Add repair documentation e.g. filled-in service note
into the swap carton.
Fold the swap carton as shown in Spare Parts SB-004.
There two different sizes of swap cartons for common mobile phones.
