manager Used to control access to web, Telnet and TFTP
management functions. Possible values are:
none disables the management
functions
any allows any station to use
management functions
specific allows access by specific stations
only (see manager_ip below).
any
manager_ip Specifies up to four stations allowed to use management
functions (if set manager specific applies). The format of
the command is:
set manager_ip number ip_address y z
where:
number 1, 2, 3 or 4 (to set 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th manager)
ip_address IP address of nth manager’s station
y 1 = accept management requests
0 = requests not allowed.
z 1 = send traps
0 = traps not sent.
For example:
set manager_ip 2 192.168.0.1
sets the second of four managers as having IP address
192.168.0.1.
set manager_ip 2
clears the second entry in the management table.
There is no default value.
