Usage Attributes
- used for selecting a folder - 'OK' makes a selection
- 'New folder' creates a new folder
(optional)
- 'Collapse'/'Expand' modifies the folder
tree shown in the dialog
- 'Cancel' dismisses the dialog and no
folder is selected.

- The title shows the current month
- 'Select' accepts the date
- 'Next month' and 'Previous Month'
change the month
- 'Cancel' dismisses the dialog and no
