Alarm clock
The alarm clock uses the time format set for the clock. The alarm clock works even
when the radio is switched off. When the alarm is on, is displayed in the
standby mode.
To set the alarm, select Menu→Organiser→Alarm clock. Enter the alarm time,
and press OK. To change the alarm time, select On. To switch the alarm off, select
Off.
If the alarm time is reached while the device is switched off, the device switches itself on
and starts sounding the alarm tone. If you press Stop, the device asks whether you want to
activate the device for calls. Press No to switch off the device or Yes to make and receive
calls. Do not press Yes when wireless phone use may cause interference or danger.
When the alarm time is reached while the radio is switched on, the radio plays a
tone, and flashes Alarm! and the current time on the display. If the Silent profile is
in use when the alarm time expires, the alert tone is not played. Press Stop to stop
the alarm. If you let the radio continue to sound the alarm for a minute, or if you
press Snooze, the alarm stops for a few minutes and then resumes.
Calendar
The calendar helps you to keep track of reminders, meetings, birthdays, and calls
that you need to make.
