18. Firmly tighten the six 3/8" x 4" Screws (7) (only
one side is shown).
Then, press the Left Base Cover (82) and the
Right Base Cover (83) onto the Base (94).

17. Attach the Tray (73) to the Upright Crossbar
(41) with four #8 x 3/4" Screws (2); start all four
Screws, and then tighten them.
