How to turn on NordicTrack T 6.7 S?
    • J
      Justin GrayAug 8, 2025
First, ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a surge suppressor, and the surge suppressor is connected to a properly grounded outlet. Then, verify that the key is correctly inserted into the console. Also, check the power switch located on the treadmill frame near the power cord. If the switch protrudes, wait five minutes before pressing it back in to reset it. If your treadmill is connected to an AFCI-equipped outlet and your circuit breaker trips repeatedly when the treadmill is used, see the front cover of this manual to purchase an arc filter.

If your NordicTrack Treadmill turns off during use, check the power switch first. Ensure the power cord is properly plugged in; if it is, unplug it, wait five minutes, and then plug it back in. Also, try removing and reinserting the key from the console. If the treadmill still won’t run, please see the front cover of this manual.

How to fix NordicTrack T 6.7 S Treadmill walking belt slipping?
    • B
      Brenda ColemanAug 21, 2025
To fix a slipping walking belt on your NordicTrack Treadmill, first remove the key and unplug the power cord. Use the hex key to turn both idler roller screws clockwise, 1/4 of a turn. The walking belt is correctly tightened when you can lift each edge of the walking belt 2 to 3 inches off the walking platform. Then, plug in the power cord, insert the key, and walk on the treadmill for a few minutes. Repeat until the walking belt is properly tightened.

Why does NordicTrack T 6.7 S walking belt slow down when I walk on it?
    • J
      James LoveAug 27, 2025
If the walking belt on your NordicTrack Treadmill slows down when you walk on it, it might be overtightened, which can decrease performance and damage the belt. To resolve this, remove the key and unplug the power cord. Using the hex key, turn both idler roller screws counterclockwise, 1/4 of a turn. If you suspect that the walking belt needs more lubricant or if the walking belt still slows when walked on, see the front cover of this manual.

    • W
      wallacekennethSep 2, 2025
If your NordicTrack Treadmill walking belt is not centered, first remove the key and unplug the power cord. If the walking belt has shifted to the left, use the hex key to turn the left idler roller screw clockwise 1/2 of a turn; if the walking belt has shifted to the right, turn the left idler roller screw counterclockwise 1/2 of a turn. Then, plug in the power cord, insert the key, and walk on the treadmill for a few minutes. Repeat until the walking belt is centered.
