Gateway Heartbeat
Using Module 15
The PLC may periodically read Module 15 to verify that the Gateway is still
active and its code is executing. The gateway will write a new value to
Module 15 every 1 second. It will continuously increment a counter every
second from 0 to 255, then rollover back to zero.
