  If the Nortel Telephone auto attendant isn't answering calls, make sure you've assigned lines to the Greeting Table. It's also possible that all channels are busy, so try calling back later when a channel is available. If the channels are frequently busy, it could mean there's too much activity, in which case you should contact your advice line or sales representative.
