Running Glucose Control Solution
NOTE: The on-screen Control Symbol ashes on and o repeatedly
until sucient control solution has been added to the test strip.
(Beeper sounds if enabled.)
5. Aglucosequalitycontroltestresultisavailableon-screenin5
seconds. The display does a countdown from 5 to 1.
6. Compare the result on the display with the range printed
on the test strip vial. If the result falls within the range, your
monitor and test strips are working correctly.
7. The result is automatically stored into memory.
8. If test result is above 600 mg/dL for glucose, the screen dis-
plays HI with Glu displayed.
If test result is below 20 mg/dL for glucose, the screen dis-
plays LO.
