The built-in Web browser in the 60 Series IED is then used to upload the
configuration file from the PC and reboot the M66x device. The CID file is stored in
flash memory of the M66x device after reboot and will remain the active
configuration until a new configuration is uploaded or the user overwrites the
configuration with a built-in demo configuration.
The user can select between an Edition 1 or Edition 2 version of the ICD file and can
overwrite an existing CID file with either an Edition 1 or Edition 2 version of the
factory demo (default) file. The dropdown box only affects which file will be
downloaded when the user clicks on the ICD file link. The user does not have to
specify which edition of the CID file is being uploaded -- whatever is uploaded will be
read and interpreted.
Time Sync:
The time may be set by manually entering the time in the box for “User-defined time”
