If using lap belt only (cont.)
6 - Tighten the tether by pulling on the tether adjustment strap.
7 & 8 - Recline the seat to position 5 for either rear facing (7) or forward facing (8).
WARNING: If you are using a lap only belt, you MUST use recline position 5 in both
rear facing and forward facing modes.
WARNING: Check that child restraint is securely installed before each use. Hold
seat at the belt path and move seat in all directions. Seat should move less than 1 inch.
