REGULATOR/RECTIFIER
Measure the resistance between terminals with multimeter.
If the resistance is not within the range of specified values,
replace the regulator / rectifier.
NOTE:
If the probe is not connected and the multi meter
reading is lower than 1.4V, replace the multi meter
battery.
