What to do if Oki C610 paper jam occurred?

If a paper jam occurs in your Oki Printer, follow these steps: 1. Gently pull the sheet out of the top of the printer if it is well advanced. 2. Fully open the printer’s top cover. 3. Remove the four image drums to access the paper path. 4. Check for visible sheets of paper on any part of the belt unit. 5. Use the appropriate method to withdraw the sheet based on its position on the belt. 6. If the sheet is low down and difficult to remove, reach around and press down on the fuser pressure release lever. 7. Check the rear exit tray and remove any sheets found. 8. If a duplex unit is fitted, lift the lever and pull out any sheets found. 9. Ensure that all paper in the tray is stacked properly and undamaged. 10. Once cleared, close the top cover firmly.
