RAP 09 Operation Panel Malfunction
START
The operation panel does not function properly.
Do the operation panel LEDs light when power is applied?
Yes Make sure the cable from CN1 of the operation panel is properly connected to CN7
on the main control board.
Go to A
No Check the F1 fuse on the main control board and the fuse on the power supply board.
Are they open?
Yes Replace the open fuse with one that has the proper rating.
Go to A
No Replace the power supply unit.
Go to A
A
Has the problem been resolved?
Yes End of procedure.
No Replace the operation panel board.
Has the problem been resolved?
Yes End of procedure.
No Replace the main control board.
Has the problem been resolved?
Yes End of procedure.
