6. Description of Waveform Monitor

The MIV unit equipped with ICB3 allows observation of the servo waveform by connecting an oscil-
loscope to the monitor terminal.
The MIV unit equipped with ICB-F or ICB-H allows observation of the waveform of the servo at the
monitor terminal of the SWM monitor unit if an SWM monitor unit is connected.
