Troubleshooting
If you are experiencing difficulties with
your phone, please consult the
following information prior to accessing
after-sales support.
The mobile phone will not power on
Ensure the protective tape over
the battery conductors has been
removed prior to inserting the
battery (see page 13 of manual).
Ensure you are pressing and
holding the power button for three
seconds when attempting to turn
your phone on.
Check whether the battery supply
has been exhausted. If you are
unsure, please charge your phone
prior to re-attempting to power on
(see pages 15-17 of manual).
