Failure to connect to the network
The network signal may be
weak/out of range. Try changing
locations to see if the signal
improves.
The SIM card/network may be
invalid/inactive. Please contact
your network service provider.
Failure to make an outgoing call
Please ensure the phone number
is complete (including area code)
and you have pressed the green
button.
Ensure you have sufficient credit
with your network provider.
Check whether the phone is
registering the SIM card.
Check whether the call restriction
function is enabled (see Flight
mode on page 39 of manual).
