Please check the network signal
strength.
The other party cannot call you
Check whether your mobile phone
is switched on and connected to
the network.
Confirm the other party’s number
is not barred on your phone (see
Call settings Call barring).
Check whether the SIM card is
valid.
Check whether the call restriction
function is enabled (Flight mode).
The other party cannot hear you
Check whether the microphone is
enabled.
Keep the microphone (located at
the bottom of the phone) close to
your mouth when speaking.
