MAINTENANCE
Removing The Blade Frames
WARNING
ALWAYS UNPLUG THE SLICER BEFORE PERFORMING
ANY TYPE OF MAINTENANCE TASK.
Remove the bagging scoop, the top and front covers by removing the ten screws which
secure them. Only remove the infeed table in the event that you MUST
remove the
lower blade frame. See the note below.
NOTE
REMOVAL OF THE LOWER BLADE FRAME IS NOT
REQUIRED
TO CHANGE ITS BLADES
Should it be necessary to remove the lower blade frame you must first remove the infeed
table by removing the two screws which secure it in place and then by pulling the table
down out of the clips and out through the infeed opening. See above illustration.
