Removing The Blade Frames (Continued)
WARNING
BLADES ARE EXTREMELY SHARP ALWAYS
HANDLE
BLADE FRAMES WITH CARE.
Carefully lift the upper blade frame from the slicer.
NOTE
REMOVAL OF THE LOWER BLADE FRAME IS NOT
REQUIRED
TO CHANGE ITS BLADES
If you must remove the lower blade frame, remove the infeed table as described above,
then with the cradle in its normal position remove the bolts, lock washers, clip and link
from the lower blade frame just as it was done above for the upper blade frame.
Replacing The Blade Frames
WARNING
ALWAYS DISCONNECT THE SLICER FROM THE POWER SUPPLY BEFORE
ATTEMPTING ANY TYPE OF MAINTENANCE TASK.
