In manual mode the fans can be set to high or low by pressing the
9/fan key

In Idle mode the fans can be set to high
, low , or cool down
using the 9/fan key
.
Cool down allows the oven chamber to quickly cool down by keeping the blowers
running while the door is open.
The low fan setting is helpful for high sugar product.
