In the top menu, select MODE MENU T
CAMERA TT. Press .

Press again to exit the menu.

Take the picture.
The self-timer starts.
The self-timer/remote control lamp lights up
for approximately 10 seconds, then starts
blinking. After blinking for approximately 2
seconds, the picture is taken.
Movie recording starts approximately 12
seconds after pressing the shutter button. To
stop recording, press the shutter button fully
again.
To stop the self-timer, press . The self-
timer/remote control lamp will turn off.
This function is useful for taking pictures where you want to be included in the
photograph.

The self-timer is canceled automatically when shooting is finished.
In the mode, the camera automatically stops recording when the
remaining recording time has been used up.
