About the menus
Menus
The menu items to be displayed differ depending on whether the camera is in
the shooting mode or the playback mode.
Shooting mode
Sets the image quality and resolution.
Still picture :
[SHQ], [HQ], [SQ1], [SQ2]
Movie : [HQ], [SQ]

BACKUP
Copies images stored in the internal
memory to the card. This setting is not
available when the card is not inserted.
