3 Pre-observation/pre-operation preparation and inspection
● When fixing the main unit to the tripod, mount
it so the tripod platform does not run up on the
protrusion on the rear of the main unit.
Fixing the tripod with the platform installed at an
angle may cause the main unit to fall off.
You can use a square platform that measures
45 mm or less from the center of the tripod
screw.
● Hang the main unit
● Set up the main unit on a tripod
When hanging the main unit to do observation, hook an S-hook, string
or other item onto the handle.
Attach the tripod platform to the main unit to use a tripod to do observations.
