customerduetoadefectoftheproduct,and
inparticularanylossordamagecausedtoany
lenses,lms,otherequipmentoraccessories
usedwiththeproductorforanylossresulting
fromadelayinrepairorlossofdata,isexcluded.

Olympusreservestherighttorefusefree-of-
chargeserviceifneitherWarrantyCerticateis
completednortheabovedocumentisattachedor
iftheinformationcontainedinitisincompleteor
illegible.
